So, it is time for our annual planning meeting and elections. This pass around the Treasurer is up for election / reelection. Currently that post is held by Jumi.

We should discuss the meeting date. The first Saturday is both a struggle for me personally to work with and has conflicts with a lot of holidays. New Years (in a few years,) Fourth of July weekend, and Labor Day come to mind.

We will be meeting at Alex’s house in Oakdale. Contact us for the address. Note the 2:00 pm start. The weatherman is calling for snow later, so we hope to be done by then.

Come with your ideas for programs and we will try to find “volunteers” to run them.
